Pro-teq is a private sector company in Palo Alto, California providing earthquake warning and automated emergency protective action technology. We target solutions for people, businesses, critical infrastructure and communities in seismic zones across the United States and throughout the world. Our staff have over 75 years of combined experience providing earthquake warning services to firefighters, schools, hospitals, businesses, critical infrastructure and others.

What We Do

Pro-teq’s technology provides specific alerts and initiates automated customer-defined emergency protective actions for its clients. Every person and organization has different earthquake protection needs. This technology can be customized to fit the specific customer requirements, no matter how complex or varied those needs may be. Pro-teq clients set their own earthquake warning policies for alerts, responses, and automated controls which pertain to their specific location.
